1983 窶 graduated Kharkiv Instituteof Radio ElectronicsﾂOn a specialty “Electronic devices”.
Since 1983-1991ﾂworked as an engineer-technologist 299 of the Military Ministry of Defense.
Sinceﾂ1991-2000 engineer-technologist, and then head of the trading department of the Kharkov branch of the Lviv concern “Electron”.
Since 2004 he has been working as an engineer of the 1st cat.
Since 2026 – Engineer of the 1st cat. of the IST Department
